2nd Annual Princeton Park District

Half Marathon

Formerly known as Zearing Park Half Marathon

Date & Time: Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 8:30 AM.

Distance: 13.1 miles.

Kiddie Fun Run: Ages 5-12. Located at the South pond. Will run 1 lap on the path around the pond.

Entry Fees: $45 Before 4/20/2013, $55 After 4/20/2013. Kiddie Fun Run - FREE!

Course: Begins & ends at Zearing Park, South Euclid St., Princeton, IL 61356. Hydration stations will be located along the route. See entry form for race map.

Race Circuit: The Princeton Park District Half Marathon is included in the race circuit of Starved Rock Runners, Ltd.

Race Day Schedule:

Packet Pick Up (At Zearing Park) - 7:30 AM.

Start Time - 8:30 AM.

Kiddie Fun Run - 11:30 AM.

Race Directions: From the interstate 80 Princeton exit, drive south about 100 yards & turn left (east) on Ace Road & continue to Euclid. Turn right (south) & proceed on Euclid for about 2 miles to Zearing Park Drive & turn left. Zearing Park is next to a new church surrounded by corn fields.

Parking: Located at Zearing Park North Side. The North entrance will be closed, all traffic must use the south entrance.

Shirts: Dry Wick race t-shirts by Creative Apparel. Guaranteed if registered by April 20 for the half marathon.

Awards: Overall Male & Female, Top 3 in each age group. NEW! Participation Medals for all participants that finish the half marathon.
